The program is designed for you to complete one workout each day. After completing all of the workouts in the first series, you will then complete one workout a day in the 2.0 series and any following series. This is a multi week workout program. Use the following templates to help guide your weeks: Option 1: Day 1: Chest Day 2: Back Day 3: Legs Day 4: Shoulders Day 5: Arms Day 6: Rest Day 7: Rest Option 2: Day 1: Chest Day 2: Back Day 3: Legs Day 4 Rest Day 5: Shoulders Day 6: Arms Day 7: Rest Repeat for following weeks.
