Equipment: BodyWeight Blocks: 4 Sets: 4 Work/Rest Ratio: 20 Seconds On - 10 Seconds Off Total Working Time: 8 Minutes Total Time: 12 Minutes ( 1Minute rest between blocks)   Workout #2 Intermediate   Using a timer is required: Stop Watch, Phone, Watch, Clock Etc... Equipment: Bodyweight + Sprints Blocks: 6 Sets: 3 Work/Rest Ratio: 30 Seconds On - 10 Seconds Off Total Working Time: 12 Minutes Total Time: 15 Minutes (30 seconds rest between blocks)   Workout #3 Advanced   Using a timer is required: Stop Watch, Phone, Watch, Clock Etc... Equipment: Bodyweight + Sprint + Body Weight Blocks: 4 Sets: 2 Work/Rest Ratio: 40 Seconds On - 20 Seconds Off Total Working Time: 16 Minutes Total Time: 16 Minutes
